Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information ADNAP Digital Agency (“ADNAP”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than long and vague.

We operate from Ontario, Canada and Kerala, India. Information you send us may be processed in either location.

1. What we collect

There are only two ways this site collects anything about you.

When you submit the contact form. We receive the name and email address you enter, together with the service and budget you select and any project details you write. Our system also records the IP address the submission came from and the time it was sent, which we use to identify and block spam. All of this is delivered to us as an email; the site does not keep a database of enquiries.

When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. This records things like the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, your device type and browser, and how you reached us. Google shortens IP addresses before storing them, and we have no way to identify you personally from this data.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

2. Why we are allowed to use it

When you contact us, we use your details to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about — that is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and it is a necessary step towards any contract between us. For analytics, our basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs, and, where the law requires it, your consent.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets Google Analytics cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. It also uses a short-lived session cookie, set only when you load a page containing the contact form, which exists purely to protect that form against cross-site request forgery. That one is strictly necessary and carries no tracking information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will continue to work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s official opt-out add-on.

4. Who else sees your data

Our email provider handles and stores the enquiry emails, and Google processes the analytics data described above. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to. Nobody else receives it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and are deleted when that is clearly no longer the case. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Depending on where you live, these rights come from Canada’s PIPEDA, India’s DPDP Act, or the UK/EU GDPR. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is protected against automated abuse and cross-site request forgery. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us confidential material through the contact form — email or a shared drive is a better place for that.

8. Other sites

Our pages link out to social profiles and, from our blog, to sharing tools on X and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

9. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

11. Contact us

For anything in this policy, including a request to access or delete your data, email hello@adnapcreative.com or call +1 (226) 582-1559 / +91 62389 52785.
